EXCHANGE/RETURNS POLICY

At Richiecrest, we aim to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

Eligibility for Return / Exchange

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The request is raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product is unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags intact.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products showing signs of use or damage caused by the customer

  • Items purchased during clearance or sale (unless defective)

Process

  2. Our team will review and approve the request.

  3. Once approved, return instructions will be shared.

Refunds

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.

  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method.
